By downloading or using Noctua, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Noctua is a dream journaling app with AI-powered interpretation. The free tier includes 3 interpretations per month. The Explorer subscription (Noctua Pro entitlement) provides unlimited interpretations.
Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and managed by RevenueCat. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
Interpretations are generated by AI and are provided for reflective and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice. Do not make significant life decisions based solely on AI-generated content.
You retain all rights to your dream entries. By submitting a dream for interpretation, you grant Noctua a limited, temporary license to transmit that content to the AI service solely for the purpose of generating your interpretation.
You agree not to: reverse engineer the app, use automated tools to extract interpretations at scale, or submit content that is unlawful or harmful.
Noctua is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of AI interpretations.
